dFarm offers delivery services in select locations, based on our warehouse network and logistics coverage. Serviceability is determined dynamically through the pincode entered on the website.

  • Pincode-based availability: Delivery options are shown on the product page and at checkout after you enter your pincode. This ensures accurate serviceability based on your location.
  • Warehouse-linked fulfillment: Orders are fulfilled from the nearest available warehouse or partner facility, enabling efficient and timely delivery.
  • Location-specific product availability: Since we deal in fresh, farm-sourced products, availability may vary by region depending on harvest cycles, sourcing zones, and storage infrastructure.
  • Dynamic inventory: Product listings and delivery timelines may change based on real-time stock, demand, and logistics conditions in your area.
  • Expanding network: We are continuously growing our warehouse and delivery footprint to serve more pincodes.

FAQs

My order hasn’t arrived yet. Where is it?
  • Track your order:Log in to your dFarm.in account and go to “My Orders” to view real-time status updates.
  • Check delivery timelines:Orders are typically delivered within the estimated timeframe with in 24 hours or as shown at checkout. Delays may occur due to weather, harvest schedules, or logistics constraints.
  • Look for notifications:You may have received SMS/E-mail updates with tracking details or delivery alerts.
  • Still not received?If your order is past the expected delivery date, please contact our support team with your Order ID for quick assistance.
Do you deliver on public holidays?
Our deliveries depend on the working days and limited deliveries on holidays.
  • Public holidays:We operate on limited scheduled deliveries or may not deliver on public holidays.
  • What this means for your order:If your delivery is scheduled on a public holiday, it will usually be rescheduled to the next working day.
  • Possible exceptions:In some locations, select delivery people may attempt delivery, but this is not guaranteed.
Do you deliver to my pin code?
We are continuously expanding our delivery network to serve more locations.
  • Check availability:During order process, we ensure delivery pin codes on the product page or at checkout to see if delivery is available in your area.
  • Serviceable locations:Delivery depends on coverage by our warehouse establishment and the availability of products in your region.
  • Not serviceable yet?If your pin code is currently unavailable, during order process we’re likely working on expanding to your area soon.
Is next-day delivery available on all orders?
Yes, we try to fulfil all orders placed before 2.00 PM on the same day, rest of the orders will be delivered on the next day.
  • Product eligibility:Only select products are eligible for next-day delivery based on availability and fulfilment setup.
    • Order timing:Orders can be placed at any time but the delivery follows as above.
    • Location coverage:Availability depends on whether your pin code falls within our fast-delivery network.
    • Operational factors:Farm harvest schedules, product freshness, and logistics capacity may also impact eligibility.
Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?
In most cases, a signature is not required for dFarm deliveries, however your ordered product QR code will be updated with order details as shown in the purchase order (PO)
  • Contactless delivery:Orders are typically delivered to your doorstep without requiring a signature if it is a secure location
  • Presence recommended:It’s helpful if someone is available to receive the order.
  • Special cases:For certain high-value orders or specific locations, our delivery partner may request a confirmation or OTP at the time of delivery.
